Since 1985, Engineering By Design has developed hundreds of machines and products including coil winding, laminating, extrusion and catheter equipment, and high volume solutions for filling microplates with small discs or frits. Accuracy of all controlled parameters increases productivity through reduced rejects and faster processing speeds. Flexible programming allows new products to be designed and made with the same equipment. The company’s expertise includes mechanical and electrical design, process development, and systems integration. Most machines are CE certified.
