Micronel AG/USA is partnered in the manufacture, sales, and distribution of high-performance Swiss-manufactured miniature blowers for respiratory equipment used in CPAP and bi-level units for sleep apnea and homecare, up to and including intensive care and transport ventilation. Industrial uses include packing industry (air bags), cooling for electronics and explosion proof fans. Military applications include the explosion proof and cooling fans.

Automotive uses include light cooling systems.
